The Human Resources Specialist participates in performing various tasks related to human resources and administrative responsibilities, providing complete accuracy and confidentiality. This position is made appropriate for individuals with strong personal skills looking to join a dynamic team in a growth-oriented company.


Recruitment & Employment, participates in:
  • Verification strategy for recruiting
  • Writing job descriptions and related recruitment and employment documents
  • Interviewing applicants
  • Checking pre-employment testing
  • Assisting in research for previous employment
  • Processing of transfers, promotions and job interruptions
Human Resources Development, participates in:
  • Checking and developing training series
  • Administration of on-the-job training programs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
  • Keeping records of employment participation in all training and development programs
Information Management, participates in:
  • Analysis of work responsibilities
  • Job appraisal check and job analysis
  • Reviewing and analyzing employee questionnaires
Employees and Work Relations, participates in:
  • Foreseeing and resolving issues related to employees’ relations
  • Advising supervisors on potential and ongoing issues related to work: discussing and providing solutions.
  • Reviewing work programs and other tasks related to joint activities
Personnel Administration, participates in:
  • Creating and maintaining files for managing the company’s personnel administration system
  • Performing other personnel administration procedures
  • Assisting in employee health and safety programs
  • Other tasks closely related to the employees’ qualifications


  • University degree with a focus on human resources (the least)
  • Working knowledge of the Law on employment standards, advanced policies and practices in human resources
  • A strong business ethic with the ability to assess the case not only from a human point of view, but also from a business perspective
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills on top of presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to set and overcome goals, schedules and deadlines
  • Self-motivation, self-initiative and creativity
  • Ability to think critically and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Advanced computer skills for processing of emails, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Previous experience with organizational structure charts is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office

The HR Specialist’s working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30 at the Sinceritas Headquarters in Skopje and Production Facility in Rosoman, Kavadarci as needed.
